CSV format and printing tips
Your first row should normally be Question,Answer. The plugin also recognizes Questions/Answers, Front/Back, Prompt/Response, and Term/Definition. If headers are not recognized, the first two columns are used.
When printing, select Letter, 100% / Actual Size, and double-sided printing using the same long-edge or short-edge setting selected above.
